Position Overview:
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant at ECE Architecture, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various stages of the design and construction process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting Senior members of the team in the development of design concepts and presentations.
Conducting research and preparing drawings and models to communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Assisting in the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Participating in site visits and construction inspections to gain practical experience.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
Have completed your Masters in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Have 1+ year UK practice experience working on medium to large scale projects (preferably educational).
Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
A working knowledge of Revit is essential for this role.
Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A keen interest in sustainable design and a desire to contribute to the creation of environmentally conscious buildings.

Position overview
As an Architectural Technologist at ECE, you will work alongside the senior team on a range of medium to largescale mixed use and residential projects from RIBA stage 4 onwards.
Experience should be demonstrated in preparing working drawings and coordinating your work with others based upon the client’s brief, consented planning information and other consultants’ information.
Essential qualifications and experience
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
3+ years UK experience post qualification.
Strong technical skills gained on a range of medium to large scale projects (experience in residential, education and mixed use is highly beneficial).
Excellent AutoCAD and IT (Microsoft Office) skills.
Current working knowledge of Autodesk Revit is essential.
Understanding of the current Building Regulations, NHBC/ LABC Warranty Guidance and Associated Housing Standards.
