Extra Perks

At ECE we believe that it’s important to have a healthy work/life balance. That’s why we offer flexible working hours and extra perks such as a day off on your birthday, free fruit and European Study Trips to inspiring places.

We are one team and although we have three studios, we like to get everyone together at various points of the year. This includes having some food and drink on the beach at our annual summer BBQ and visiting a completed project at our annual January staff meeting.

Whether it’s Friday drinks in the local or a group trip outing, football practice or a round of golf; it all contributes to rewarding our team for the fantastic work they do.
