ECE Success in Croydon
ECE Architecture have had a number of successful planning applications and completed projects in Croydon, as well as working on new proposals in the area.
The team have been working with Baobab Developments to design contemporary, bespoke housing at Foxley Lane, drawing upon its natural surroundings with a modern twist.
Following a previous refusal on the site, ECE were approached to provide a series of design options, which were received positively by planning officers and residents. The approved designs achieved 9 apartments, one more than the refused appeal scheme.
The Croydon College site redevelopment has recently been approved, seeing the demolition of the college Annex replaced with a 12-storey building of 93 apartments. Two storeys will provide commercial enterprise space along with new pedestrian links.
Current projects such as Purley Way set a design benchmark for residential living. The apartments offer desirable amenities such as co-working space and areas to create a social hub.
Having expanded throughout the Borough, ECE are working with new and returning clients to further elevate Croydon’s residential settings. You can keep updated with all the projects on our website and social media.
