How ECE are responding to COVID-19 – UPDATE: 25th March 2020
We wanted to update all clients and colleagues on how ECE will be approaching these uncertain times surrounding the ever changing COVID-19 situation.
ECE Group are confident that we have a flexible infrastructure with robust and adaptable procedures in place to uphold our professional standards, whilst following Government guidance as the situation develops.
We will be doing this in the following ways:
Offices – in adherence with the latest government advice and in order to protect the health and well-being of our team and clients, we have closed our offices temporarily. Call forwarding has been set up in all 3 offices to enable clients to still remain in contact and mobile numbers of key members of the team will be given out where appropriate.
Working remotely – all of our team are now working remotely to maximise social distancing, however they will still be available via email, telephone and conference calling.
Video conferencing – where possible, all external meetings will take place via GoToMeeting (conference calling service) until further notice.
Site visits – can be undertaken where essential and a 2 metre social distancing rule will be applied.
Our priority is to look after our ECE team and ensure that we provide a duty of care to our clients and colleagues. We are committed to meeting deadlines and providing information to sites that remain open and operational.
