- ECE were able to offer the benefit of an existing relationship with the Parish Council which assisted in reaching an agreement with the council to the provision of SANG (Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace) land for this development.
- The design solution creates 102 apartments, higher than the original expectations for the site.
- ECE’s underground parking solution allowed a new public open space to be created within the heart of the site.
ECE are working alongside Stonegate Homes to comprehensively redevelop a site on the outskirts of the village centre in Hook, Hampshire.
The proposals consist of 102 one and two bedroom apartments, meeting local market demand for smaller dwellings.
The buildings have been designed to include a range of features alongside the prominent gables that face towards the entrance into Hook, including inset balconies, vertical window components and dormer windows. This proposed design will utilise a limited palette of high quality materials and provide a positive architectural-led solution to the development of the site.Share this
