Description
ECE worked alongside Stonegate Homes to comprehensively redevelop a site on the outskirts of the village centre in Hook, Hampshire.
The scheme comprises 102 one and two bedroom apartments, meeting local market demand for smaller dwellings.
The buildings have been designed to include a range of features alongside the prominent gables that face towards the entrance into Hook, including inset balconies, vertical window components and dormer windows. This design utilises a limited palette of high quality materials and provide a positive architectural-led solution to the development of the site.
