The residences replace a number of existing buildings that included a pub and industrial units. The completed building comprises of 37 luxury apartments, a basement car park and 1757m2 of commercial space for a new bar/restaurant and offices.
Sustainability is key for the development – it is highly energy and water efficient, it exceeds the Building Regulations requirements and meets a BREEAM Excellent rating. Sustainable initiatives include solar panels, heat recovery units, underfloor heating, low air leakage, a highly insulated building envelope, electric car charging, and a residents travel plan to encourage sustainable transportation.Share this
