ECE partners with Places for People on regeneration project in Birmingham

ECE Architecture is working with Places for People on the regeneration of Port Loop, an ambitious project transforming a historic 43-acre canal-side site in Birmingham.

ECE will deliver Phases 11 and 12 of the scheme, providing 166 homes and marking our first project on the Places for People framework. This development is a crucial component of the overall Port Loop master plan, featuring a diverse mix of apartments, terraced, and semi-detached houses. With a community-focused design, the two phases have a strong emphasis on communal interaction, integrating multiple green, public spaces.

Places for People is known for its commitment to regenerating areas and creating vibrant communities with public parks and communal areas that improve the quality of life for residents.

The Port Loop development has recently received additional funding, paving the way for the next phases.
