Fresh proposals for Worthing seafront receives approval

Working with Roffey Homes, redesigned proposals for a new residential development on Worthing seafront received consent at last night’s planning committee meeting.

Stuart Eatock, ECE Managing Director:

“The design was revisited in response to planning inspector feedback and we are delighted that our fresh proposals have now been approved”

The scheme creates 29 residential units consisting 16 two bedroom and 13 three bedroom apartments, each with sea views afforded by either balcony or external private terrace. The majority of the car parking will be accommodated underground to allow a landscaped communal garden to occupy the West Parade frontage.IN TEXT IMAGE

Taking queues from Marine Point on the opposite side of Grand Avenue and using a palette derived from the pebbles, this simple, elegant and high quality design will enhance the character of the surrounding streetscape.
