Planning approval secured for student accommodation in Norwich

ECE Westworks are pleased to announce that planning approval has been secured to redevelop St Stephens Towers in Norwich. The scheme rejuvenates two existing towers within the city centre, to provide 700 new purpose-built student apartments, ready for Autumn 2019.

ECE Westworks are working with the developers to deliver their vision to provide high quality accommodation with social spaces featuring a cinema, games room, gymnasium and a series of lounge spaces and study rooms for the students at the University of East Anglia (UEA) and the Norwich University of Arts.

James Wainwright, Director, says:

We are very pleased to be working with Crown Student Living on this fantastic regeneration project. The redevelopment of the towers will add significant vibrancy and social benefits to this area of the city centre, while also providing further choice for the city’s student population seeking a high-quality level of professionally managed student accommodation.
