Planning permission granted for residential development in Ovingdean, Brighton
ECE are delighted to confirm that planning permission has been granted for a small residential development on a grassland site in Brighton.
The sustainable proposals will provide three family homes ranging from three to four bedrooms. The homes have been designed to the highest architectural quality, using a soft palette of materials to reduce the visual impact of the properties.
Following the site’s history of failed planning attempts, ECE’s design team responded fully to council and public input to create a proposal that addresses housing needs and complements the site’s surrounding rural landscape.
