Manor Retail Park

Construction of 3 new retail units at Manor Retail Park in Rustington is now complete.

Working with Store Property Investments, ECE Architecture developed this project to best suit the individual tenants who are occupying the retail units as well as responding to the site’s location. The design team investigated various plan arrangements with Store Property to fully utilise the site and maximise the potential to attract tenants to this new development.

The aesthetics of the building incorporate key design criteria from the differing tenants to create a development that’s in keeping with the site and the surrounding buildings whilst maintaining interesting features that create a modern retail park.
