ECE Westworks were appointed to design and deliver a high quality purpose-built student accommodation scheme as part of the SA1 masterplan. The proposal comprises circa. 600 beds, varying from studios to multi-level cluster apartments. These will be supported by associated communal facilities, landscaping and ancillary facilities, the scheme will also benefit from a A3 retail unit.
The development is due to open September 2020.
