What a Brilliant Summer…
Having moved to our new studio earlier this year, summer couldn’t come soon enough for the Sussex team with the beach right on our doorstep.
We were joined by our London and Bristol teams for our annual summer BBQ, everyone enjoyed great food, paddling in the sea and catching up with one another over a cold drink.
We are holding regular morning yoga sessions, a great way to start the day, reduce stress and boost confidence, creativity and focus.
Swimming in the sea has become popular at lunchtimes, with the team kitted out with new ECE beach towels and tote bags, feeling refreshed and ready for the afternoon.
Throughout August we hosted a table tennis tournament raising money for one of our local charities, Worthing Soup Kitchen. James Thompson came away victorious this year.
Over the course of the summer, we have also had ECE Runner’s, providing valuable work experience, and our first Architectural Summer placement.
We love our new surroundings and care about the way they are looked after. Our Studio Sustainability Group have been busy coordinating beach and park cleans, keeping the places we use litter-free and safer for everyone.
Looking forward to next summer already!
