Worthing Housing Conference
The first Worthing Housing Conference was held today at the Guildbourne Centre in Worthing, with ECE Group as proud sponsors.
Attendees were treated to a day of seminars from speakers in the industry, including ECE’s Head of Sustainability, Patrick Osborne, who presented a seminar on how we can build quality homes that are sustainable and affordable, alongside Councillor Emma Taylor and Andy Serby from MGAC. Other seminars covered a wide array of topics, from the Worthing housing market, to delivering social value through development.
Cian Cronin, Head of Major Projects & Investment at Adur District and Worthing Borough Councils spoke in the morning, welcoming guests and inspiring the room.
“We can’t just provide homes, we have to get the balance right of creating a flourishing town.”
Property developers, housing associations, town planners, and architects attended to hear how Worthing is providing exciting opportunities for vibrant new homes.
It was great to catching up with the many colleagues who stopped by throughout the day.
