ECE Westworks were appointed to design a residential scheme consisting of 10 town houses, overlooking Falmouth Marina, an area of natural beauty. The challenge of this scheme was to provide attractive housing within close proximity of a fully operational and commercial marina. This scheme generates a successful mix of high-end residential alongside commercial uses.
