ECE Architecture worked with Shoreham Port to redevelop Lady Bee Marina, a site within Shoreham Harbour. This exciting scheme creates a benchmark in design for any future developments within and around the Port in Shoreham.
The scheme includes a contemporary interpretation of industrial buildings, characterised by clean profiles, limited but generous window proportions and a varied but cohesive use of contemporary materials.
The development comprises three 2 storey buildings with a total of 14 individual business units of various sizes. In addition to the new buildings, the site has provision for car parking, cycle storage and onsite refuse storage facilities within a central location.
