ECE have submitted a planning application for the development of nine bespoke apartments in Seaford.
The proposed development takes a design led approach, transforming the existing site which is currently occupied by a single private residential dwelling.
The art-deco inspired design of the apartments echoes the aesthetic of existing buildings that run along the Sussex coast, with a simple but hard-wearing material palette.
ECE made design adjustments following pre-application advice. The proposals seek to create more landscaping on the site to bring the grounds to life and provide interesting amenity spaces for residents.
