Adam is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, having studied Accountancy with Business Law at Portsmouth University. After qualifying as an accountant, he spent seven years in the manufacturing industry before joining ECE in 2015 as a Financial Manager.

Three years later, Adam was promoted to Finance Director.

In his role, Adam oversees the finances and HR functions of the ECE Group, ensuring that our financial strategies align with business goals and that our team is supported and empowered.

Beyond his professional duties, Adam also leads our practice’s charity fundraising initiatives, organising events and campaigns to support our charities.
